A social confidence meditation/trance to help you with the most difficult part of exposure to new situations: the first time. When you move out of a comfortable personal control space into a new frame of reference where you consult and interact with people in social settings, uncertainty is built up if you weren’t ready to take the first step. Trance and hypnosis are like this as well. Once you have taken the first step into relaxation and comfort with new experiences, it only gets easier. This is a type of meditation which has benefited me personally, and it will benefit you as well.
