Slow Cooker I Use:

Slow Cooker Pepper Steak:
Ingredients:
1.5-2 pounds of steak (cut into chunks or strips)
1 green bell pepper sliced in quarters
1 red bell pepper sliced in quarters
1/2 white onion sliced in quarters
1 1/2 cups of beef stock
3 TB soy sauce
1/4 TS ginger
1/4 TS garlic
1/4 TS black pepper
2 TS light brown sugar
Directions:
After slicing up your beef & veggies, put the in your slow cooker. Mix all your other ingredients in a medium bowl. Pour the liquid mixture over your veggie/meat in the slow cooker. Put the lid on & cook on LOW for 5 hours or until your meat is tender. If you want to thicken up the sauce, mix 1 TB cornstarch & 1/4 cups water and add to the slow cooker and continue to cook on HIGH for an additional hour. Serve with sides and ENJOY!
