Skyrim - The Heart of Dibella - Agent of Dibella Perm Damage Bonus Effect

This video shows how to complete the Markarth quest "The Heart of Dibella", which rewards you with the permanent active effect "Agent of Dibella" that grants a 10% damage bonus to enemies of the opposite sex.
