Besides removing this ugly piece of open world censorship, it does have a useful purpose. A lot of times, children witness the player committing crimes in skyrim, but you can never get rid of the witness because children are immortal in this game. Like it or lump it, games like grand theft auto, Saints Row, and more are all open world games that allow you to make choices and be good, evil, or in between. It doesn't make you evil in real life. It's just a game. Censoring this part seems rather arbitrary. Furthermore, if you are going to censor it, don't allow them to be witnesses to crimes in skyrim because that's game-breaking.
