Skinny Broccoli and Cheese Quiche Recipe By Risa Weiner

This entire recipe is only 4sp!!
Easy, low fat, low sodium, high in fibre and high protein too! Best of all its absolutely delicious!!! Of course!!! Versatile or make it like I do!! But if you change it please account for the nutritional information and smart points!
Preheat your oven to 350 degree's and bake for 45 Minutes or so . It Should look solid!
Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper or a 9x13 pyrex dish.
INGREDIENTS :
1. 5 or more extra large or large egg or add an extra egg if using large
2. 1/3 cup of low fat Kraft mozzarella cheese or any kind 3sp
3. 4 or less cups of cooked broccoli or thawed frozen
4. 250 GMs of chicken strips are optional or other proteins!
5. 2tbs of shredded Zerto 1sp Romano Cheese (optional or add fresh parmasean)
6. 1 large vidalia onion optional or any kind
7. 1/3 cup or more cremini or any mushrooms also optional or add any veggies you want
8. Salt and pepper to taste
9. 1tsp Worcester sauce
10. 1tsp Frank's Hot sauce optional
11. 1 tsp each of Onion (I forgot it but I usually add it to everything) and garlic powder
12. 1/3 cup or more choice of low fat milk
Directions:.
If you haven't already boil up your broccoli drain and cool or thaw if frozen.
In a large skillet spray well with choice of cooking spray to a medium to high temperature stove top.
Add chopped onions and sauté until carmalized
Add mushrooms or other vegetables if you want
Set aside once cooked and allow to cool
In a large bowl add eggs, milk, cheeses, broccoli, chicken or choice of protein is optional spices
Then add onion mixture
Mix well
Add to cookie sheet or choice of dish
BAKE FOR 45 MINUTES!
SHOULD LOOK SOLID BEFORE TAKING IT OUT!
EAT IMMEDIATELY WITH A SALAD, FRUIT, YOGURT, CHOICE OF BREAD!
STORE UP TO FIVE DAYS IN YOUR FRIDGE IN A SEALED CONTAINER!
