In this video I have discussed the theory of Operant Conditioning which is given by an American Psychologist B.F Skinner. He has given the concept of 'Reinforcement' which is of two types- Positive reinforcement and Negative reinforcement. Most important for UPTET, CTET, HTET, PSTET, TETs, KVS, DSSSB and all the teaching exams.
