Here's my cover of The Resistance by Skillet off of their album "Unleashed" one of my favorites off of the album I put my own spin on the first verse, pre-chorus, chorus, and part of the second verse (And by part of the second verse I mean I played like two notes that differ from the original recording.) I wasn't originally planning on adding anything, it was sort of a last second moment of inspiration thing. Hope you guys like it! The solo at the end is pretty tricky to learn. I learned the parts that sounded more "composed" but for the most part it sounds like Seth just improvised some fast pentatonic based licks while abusing a wah pedal, so I did the exact same thing while trying to stick as closely as I could to the speed he was playing at. It's not perfect but I think it's pretty close Wah pedals rule! Check out my lessons for this song!
