PORK SISIG is made with pork "maskara" or pigs face part but in this version of pork sisig i used a pork shoulder beacause this part more meatier and less greasy.
In the philippines SISiG is one the most favorite "PULUTAN" or party appetizer. It is oftenly served with beer and spirits. Sisig can also served as main course with a hot steam rice on the side.
Ingredients:
pork shoulder 1/2 kg
brown onion 3pc
chilli finger 2pc
minced garlic 3 cloves
japanese mayo 3tbsp
salt and pepper
pork broth
egg 1pc
