The Tekka Centre is located in Little India, Singapore. It is home to a famous hawker centre, or food market, selling a wide variety of great street food. The food is predominately Indian, although Sri Lankan, Malay, Chinese and others are on offer. From the man making roti prata to the sellers of chicken biryani, this short video attempts to capture some of the atmosphere, sights and sounds that make the Tekka Centre such an interesting place to visit and, of course, eat.
