SimSettlements Video Overview

While recording gameplay I ended up accidentally starting a mod review for Fallout 4 - Sim Settlements mod (by kinggath, link below) so naturally I had to record some more and finish it! It adds an optional but fantastic new way to build settlements that largely does away with the worst aspects of the existing system which you can do side by side with the existing settlements system or use to almost entirely replace it.
