I built this modern dream beach house right at the beach in Sulani, the brand new world that came with Sims 4 Island Living. This mansion was built right at the coast so your Sims can not only enjoy the amazing view over the ocean of Sulani but they can also take a swim right on their lot. Both the exterior and interior have a modernd design with a tropical spin to it.
