In this video, I show one of my favorite high fiber green smoothies recipes to help you get all the healthy nutrients in very fast for a clear mind and a strong body.
All the ingredients are listed below. Everything you see in the video can be bought in any shop, I like to keep things simple and effective.
The goal with this smoothie is to get a good amount of fiber in a fast way and to fill up the rest of my carbs and fat for the day since I had already hit my protein goal.
If you wish to make this a high protein and lower carb smoothie you can add one of the following:
- Whey Protein
- Low Fat cottage cheese
- Change Oat and Rice milk for regular Low Fat Cow or Goat Milk, since they have higher fiber

Ingredients:
Nuts, almonds, 20 g
Broccoli, raw, 100 g
Spinach - Raw, 75 g
Celery, raw, 2 stalk large
Peppers, sweet, red, raw, 0.5 large
Banana, 1 medium
Oat Original 200 ml
Rice Original (Milk) 200 ml
Chia Seeds, 1.2 Tbsp
