Silvena On Sake

After being honoured as 'The Sake Ambassador' of the year, TV Chef Silvena Rowe was determined to take things further in an attempt to become the first woman outside of Japan to be accepted as a 'Sake Samurai'. This is an accolade usually reserved exclusively for those who have devoted their lives to traditional Japanese culture... a tough ask for a six foot plus, blond Bulgarian!
