This is OST is one of the most iconic tracks of the series. There are two versions of Not Tomorrow (according to the CD OST album), but this version 1 is the most emotional and famous. Also this OST, with Silent Hill's Main Theme, gave birth to another Silent Hill OSTs(or better said, it inspired in the making of such).
