Sid Meier's Pirates! (PC) - Any% Speedrun in 13:06

The wonderscouts strike again.... cost me the sub-13, not that it matters. Lost another godlike run earlier in the day, this time to plain old awful Montalban maps. Sister found at 2:49, fought the bastard seven times with no usable map. Not even any coast. Why can't I get a Havana-strat run that makes it to the end?
