Boat is pulling a 65' trawl with otter doors but covering the same bottom as the Wing Trawling System with a 50' trawl. The otter door is 70% efficient at best the Wing Trawling System is 100% all the time. The otter door creates mud plumes and scars the sea floor, not the Wing Trawling System. The herding of fish out ahead of the trawl is removed with the wing. The vessel can tow the Wing with half fuel and move the trawl 20% faster.
