On the auspicious occasion of Mahashivratri this year, I would like to share my rendition of this beautiful bhajan "Amar Atma" which depicts the immortal and infinite nature of our inner self ... The self which is "sacchidananda" or truth - consciousness - bliss ... The lyrics of this bhajan bring out the very essence of Adi Shankaracharya's "Atma Shatakam" ... Music has been composed and arranged by renowned music director Ashit Desai. The original singers of this composition are Darshana Bhuta Shukla and Piyush Nagar.
