It will be fixed soon! How to get your Shiny Lucario: 1. Start your Pokemon Black/White game 2. Select "NINTENDO WFC SETTINGS" 3. Select "Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection Settings 4. Select the connection that you're using 5. Scroll down, then put "Auto-obtain DNS" off, and edit the Primary DNS to : 204.45.29.54 (just ignore the secondary DNS) 6. Save your settings. 7. Open up this link: http://www.pokegts.us/5thGen_DistributeLink.aspx?SHA1=B3E046BBC84CC544961B0E5FD5A904874CA3AB89 8. Leave web page (from link above) open 9. Go to the GTS on Black or White with a full party of six - the top floor of the Pokemon Center (right side) 10. Enter the GTS and you should receive your Lucario! 11. Leave the GTS and get it out of the PC, you can close the web page now too.
