Sheriff: Calif. Cop Shooting Suspect Had Armor

The suspect in the killing of two police detectives was wearing body armor and had three guns when he died in a shootout, officials said. Authorities say Jeremy Goulet shot and killed Sgt. Loran Butch Baker and Det. Elizabeth Butler. (Feb. 27)
