They are tapered, so the grip is much better at the very corners of the puzzle which is great because that's where I naturally grip it. The grip is great, but I don't think as good as the XMan Galaxy Sculpted. The Shengshou is a close 2nd though! Sticker quality is good, and I'm not too picky over megaminx sticker shades so I think they are very good colours. The puzzle has a slight bumpy feeling, but is very smooth. The tensions out of the box is great, and it's perfectly lubed! I recommend this puzzle to anybody, from beginner to expert.
