Shared - Common Driveway Update

This is an update to several other videos where I documented my elderly parents neighbors' installation of a fence which prevented my folks from parking in the rear of their own property. We countered the neighbors efforts by #1 installing our own fence, #2 having a HP parking spot out front and #3 a front yard parking area where the permit process is well underway for a curb cut.
