Come On Over is the third studio album by Canadian recording artist Shania Twain, released November 4, 1997 by Mercury Records. After the success of her breakthrough album "The Woman in Me," Come On Over continued to mark the collaboration between Twain and the producer and husband of Robert. John "Mutt" Lange, during which the album was extended through two years between 1997 and 1998. Considered an improvement on creative freedom over its predecessor, Twain and Lange sought Breaking the traditional music formulas of country music by combining country and other genres such as pop and rock on the broadest scale. Three different versions of the album have been released, including the original country-style version released in 1997 as well as the editable pop and international version, respectively released in 1998 and 1999.
