This is the 1628 Shallop Elizabeth Tilley, built for the Pilgrim John Howland Society by Peter Arenstam of Plimouth Plantation, sailing past Bug light in Plymouth Harbor towards Clark's Island. The tip of Fort Standish can be seen on the right.
