Hermit's Swords are part of the Sai class, with the Super Slash being the only changed attack. They are considerably longer than any other weapon in the Sai class, and quite possibly the most devastating.Hermit's Swords can be obtained by defeating Hermit in eclipse mode. Hermit's Swords are very large weapons. They have a long range and a fearsome appearance. Their appearance is based on the Chinese double-edged straight sword, the Jian Sword. Hermit's Swords are enchanted with the Enfeeble enchantment. Attack Overview Hermit's Swords generally perform medium to long range attacks. Hermit's Swords are very rapid, and the long-duration attacks are composed of smaller, super-fast attacks. Hermit's Swords: Slash This is the basic attack for Hermit's Swords. This attack is an individual, horizontal stab. It is quick to perform and reaches a medium distance. This attack is perfect for interrupting enemy combos. Hermit's Swords: Double Slash This is attack consists of the regular Slash along with a second upper stab. In addition to the forward stab, Hermit crouches down and quickly thrusts one of his sabers diagonally forward. This attack generally strikes the head area, making it great for head hits and dealing damage. This attack is also rapid. The first stab achieves a medium distance forward, but the second strike, traveling diagonally, does not cover much area. Hermit's Swords: Strong Slash This attack is a forward lunge with one of the swords. It targets a long range and deals fair damage. It is slow compared to the other moves to perform, but since its range is long it can be used to hold back the enemy and deal damage from a safe distance. Hermit's Swords: Super Slash This is the ultimate attack. A flurry of lightning-fast jabs with the swords, concluding with a devastating two-handed stab is what composes this super slash. Hermit does not perform this move often compared to other moves, since it takes a long time to perform. This attack can only be performed at point blank range, and when there is time to begin the attack. This attack is relentless and, once the enemy is caught in it, he will not be able to escape until the attack has been finished. Hermit's Swords: Spinning Slash This attack is performed by rotating, sabres at hand, then quickly spearing the opponent with one of the swords.
