Basic Tote Bag Sewing Tutorial ! update ( ad ) : Someone asked about the blue fabric. It's a cotton canvas print I found at a local shop. Similar ones can be found on Etsy Spoonflower shop ( http://tidd.ly/79d7756d ). You can order them to be printed on different kinds of fabric. They sell by the yard or in fat quarters ( 1/4 of a yard). For the bag's body, I use cotton canvas that is heavy weight ( I think 16 oz one ).
