Setting a Miller Dynasty® TIG welder to the correct AC frequency and AC balance provides the proper cleaning action and arc width for the weld joint. On outside corners, lower frequency and balance creates a wider weld bead to ensure proper tie-in and adequate cleaning, while higher frequency and higher balance works well for inside corners.
