Senior Odyssey: Program for Managers and Future Executives

A company can go only as far as its people can take it, which is why Home Credit Group offers a myriad of training and development programs for employees. Senior Odyssey is the flagship program for managers and future executives that develops the next generation of Home Credit leaders. Some 20-25 of our people are selected for the year-long program and separated into several teams. They go through 5 modules that correspond to our 5 values while honing their managerial skills. They get to meet external speakers, undergo high-level training, and collaborate with their counterparts from other Home Credit businesses by sharing knowledge and insights.
