Selling Your Art & Crafts {Renting vs. Consignment vs. Etsy Tutorial} Today I will share some exciting news and some ideas for selling your art and crafts! I have talked a lot about my adventures in craft fairs but today I want to tell you about other options for selling your crafts such as renting space in a vendor mall (or antiques mall) or selling your work in a consignment shop. I love to do craft fairs but lately I have not wanted to give up my weekends to vend at craft fairs and for the price of a good fair I can rent a similar sized space in an antiques mall for a month. I will explain what I will sell (my "cash cows") and how I will price it and whether or not you are better off consigning your work in a shop where you do not have to pay rent but the shop owner keeps a percentage of the sales or if it is better to rent a portion of a store so you have control of how your work is shown.
