Self starting solar powered stirling engine

This is my circuit i designed to auto start stirling ingenes. The circuit, assembled on a breadboard, is powered with a peltier element or single solar cell.
The dc-dc converter starts at around 0.4 Volts and charges the capacitor to 5 Volt.
Once the capacitor is 5 Volts the circuit dumps all the energy stored in the capacitor to the DC motor and starts the engine.
