Everything we do in life will have a reaction (action=reaction) can you identify something negative that is happening to you in regular basis? something awful always happening to you in a specific aspect of your life? Yes? Ok that’s your karma talking to you. Accept The truth and acknowledge your feelings! What brought you there? ☺️It’s ok no worries ...heal yourself use yoga, mediation, positive affirmation, visualization boards Break the vicious cycle by changing your approach to it... relationship karma example : if you think that going to a bar or night club will get you to know the right one ...but usually this relationship last least than a moth and this repeats constantly leaving you sad and emotionally drain then try to change your routine and meet people in a different place...( gym, art class, dog park )put your effort somewhere else. This approach will bring you a different result! Because you are changing one variable of your routine. Praying will help to dissolve your karma pray for forgiveness or for guidance ...if you know is something from your past that brought “the Karma”...guilt and anger will bring more negative energy and increase it .See the Karma as an opportunity to grow and become a better human being. Heal yourself by asking divine guidance from your spirit guides or angels , other ( depending of your beliefs ) they will help you! Thanks and many blessings!
