A short video kind of in response to a video I saw recently about the 59.9 / 59.3 difference between a PAL Megadrive running at 60Hz, and a native 60Hz NTSC model. A few people have shown white lines and artifacts in videos, and also mentioned the scrolling is jerky on PAL Megadrive running at 60Hz. The problem is related to upscalers or certain TVs not liking the 59.3Hz that a PAL Megadrive outputs.
