In this video I go from Mannheim to Nuremberg, with a transfer in Frankfurt am Main Hauptbahnhof (Hbf = Hauptbahnhof = main train station), and back.

CORRECTION: DB used to stand for "Deutsche Bundesbahn" (German Federal Railways), but not anymore, since 1994 it's just "Deutsche Bahn".
