Seasonal Swelling: How to Deal with Weather Changes and Pressure on the Lymphatic SystemУ вашего броузера проблема в совместимости с HTML5
Are you having severe swelling and pain during any type of temperature or pressure changes in your environment? This episode I focus on why your body swells and retains more lymphatic fluid during times of barometric pressure changes and what to do to minimize this irritating, painful and often debilitating impact on your body. The reason why you experience fluid retention is because the changes in the temperature and pressure changes directly impact your lymphatic system. The dew point and barometric system will cause your body to hold onto fluids more than normal. And sometime the crazy seasonal transitions can be very troublesome for many of the clients I work with! This is NOT in YOUR MIND! This is a legit health issue and you are NOT alone! Here are some ways to minimize the fluid retention: 1. Break our compression garments. Sleep in compression wear to help minimize swelling especially when you are sleeping when the pressure changes are most severe. This helps limit the limb expansion. Check out http://www.TommieCopper.com 2.Homeopathy & Herbals are great.... I love to recommend Ginger Tea 3. Bromalian or eating Fresh pineapple 4. Castor Oil wraps on the specific area/limb that is swelling If you begin cataloguing your fluid retention - more than likely you will notice a direct relation to your swelling and temperature and pressure changes in our environment. Two things you can do today to help: 1. Pump legs in bed before waking and before sleeping- moving legs briskly to the sides. 2. Jumping - jumping jacks helps to force the fluid to get moving. 3. Use a Rebounder or bounce gently on your bed (can do this on your butt or on knees or feet) - depending on location of swelling ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ On the Natural Health Resources channel I focus on natural health and wellness oriented educational videos that help my viewers and subscribers achieve their most optimal health.
