Finally, I found another video software which works similarly to the YouTube Video Editor. Unfortunately, this software puts an enormous watermark on your videos unless you pay, and I'm cheap. It also selects a clip at random to mess up (the error which occurs at 11:27 happened to one of the clips every time I attempted to process this video, which was about 5 times).
