Hair Transformation | Scissors Over Comb Haircut | Tapered & Textured So I decided to get a commercial style haircut. Mo from Chez Moi in Oakland, CA took a lot of length off the sides and top. My fringe is 4 inches and gradually 2 inches all the way to my neck which she tapered. We left the sides natural with no taper and her technique is amazing with pure scissors. We wanted to keep my wavy texture alive with this cut and let my hair dry naturally, showing my texture of my way hair. We used chaptr to style this and a round brush just to enhance my fringe.
