SB-6 with air conveyor and BPM-100

SB-6 and SB-10 are belt type linear unscrambling machines designed to provide oriented bottle to the production line. SMF Unscramblers - SB Uniline series are machines allowing bottle to be positioned vertically before it reaches the filling line. Machines of SB series operate with great simplicity, efficiency, and minimal maintenance. They are suitable for a large variety of bottle shapes and sizes. Machine is equipped in electronic steering which guarantees a perfect synchronization with the filling line as well as allowing for modification of machine parameters. BPM-100 (empty bottle packaging machine) is design to automate the packaging process. Palletizer automatickly places individual PET packages on a waitng pallet. Packaging speed can be tripled while work force required can be decreased. Machine can be fully operated by only one trained individual.
