Sasuke and Naruto are Nerfed? (Boruto)

In this video I talk about if Naruto and Sasuke are nerfed. I explain that they are infact not nerfed but they were simply not trying to kill shin Uchiha. The gaiden arc is getting interesting and it is important to understand how Strong shin Uchiha is. Sasuke's rinnegan was weakened after he came from a different dimension and Naruto is rusty but they are not nerfed. Shin Uchiha's Mangekyou sharingan is not a joke. Sarada will soon be putting her eye dojutsu to work and it will be interesting. Boruto Episode 22 is tomorrow and I'm am very interested. Do you guys think Sasuke and Naruto are nerfed?
