Santiago Jimenez Jr. at Carnitas Uropan LONG version

The Sunday morning after the 51st Annual Association for Recorded Sound Collections Conference (www.arsc-audio.org) in San Antonio, five ARSC members went to the Carnitas Uropan Restaurant to hear music legend Santiago Jimenez Jr. (brother of Flaco Jimenez - who I misidentify in the video as his son - where he plays from 10-1pm every Sunday. I captured parts of both sets and his discussion with us. This is the long version of the visit. I hope to post a shorter one soon with just excerpts.
