材料A:
大虾 - 250克 (9只)
臭豆 - 100克
大葱 - 1粒
虾米干 - 1汤匙,切小粒
巴拉煎 - 2片 (10克)
油 - 3汤匙
材料B:
亚叁膏 - 1汤匙
水 - 1碗水
调味料
自家叁巴酱 - 3汤匙
糖 - 1茶匙
准备功夫:
1. 虾去肠泥和须,洗净沥干待用
2. 臭豆开半去芯
3. 大葱去衣切薄片
4. 把材料混合,隔渣沥水
煮法:
1. 烧热锅,下油待热
2. 加入虾,煎至变色,翻另一面再煎至全只呈粉红色,起锅待用
3. 倒入大葱, 爆香
4. 下虾米和巴拉煎, 炒匀爆片刻
5. 加入自家叁巴酱,亚叁水,水, 炒匀待滚
6. 下糖调味
7. 倒入虾和臭豆,快炒30秒
8. 熄火,上桌

Ingredients (Set A):
9 Chinese white shrimp (~250g)
100g petai
1 onion
1 tbsp dried shrimp (slice it)
10g belacan
3 tbsp oil
Ingredients (Set B):
1 tbsp asam paste
1 bowl of water
Seasoning:
3 tbsp homemade sambal belacan
1 tsp sugar
Preparations:
1. Devein the shrimp, wash and rinse it
2. Cut petai into halves and remove core
3. Peel of the skin of onion and slice it
4. Mix all the ingredients together and strain it
Steps:
1. Heat the wok with oil
2. Add in prawn, fry until it changes color, flip and fry the other side until the whole shrimp turns reddish, set aside
3. Add in onion and saute
4. Add in dried shrimp, belacan and fry evenly
5. Add in homemade sambal belacan, asam paste, water and fry evenly until it boils
6. Season with sugar
7. Add in prawn and petai, fry quickly for 30 seconds
8. Turn off the gas, it’s done!
