Rx 480: BEST GTA V SETTINGS! 70+FPS (With Advanced Settings!)

This are the best settings for the Rx 480 to get at least 70 fps! Maybe not everything is maxed out but it looks still great to me and it looks still way better than consoles. I use these settings all the time and I drop never below 60 fps. BTW: This is my third video.
