Mourners in Volgograd laid flowers at the train station and Kachinsky Market, both sites of terrorist bombings carried out within 24 hours of one another, at the start of five days mourning in the region, Monday.
Investigation procedures appear to now be over at the sites of the two attacks, with police allowing traffic through cordons. Reconstruction work on the damaged station building is already underway.
The wreckage of the trolley bus in Kachinsky Market has been dismantled by EMERCOM workers and driven away in parts.
