I've recently started incorporating more intense cardio into my daily workout. I power walk 3 miles every morning, but thought I'd challenge myself to run over 3 miles a day. I started with 4.4 miles on day one and upped the ante to 6.6 miles day two. Will I make it to a full marathon run eventually? That's the goal.
