Rockin Rodeo was opened in Denton, Texas in 2002 by the Graham Brothers Company. Never really connecting with Denton crowds, the club was sold to Groovy, Inc. in June of 2005. Groovy, Inc., well known around Denton as the operators of successful clubs The Groovy Mule, Reign Entertainment Complex and RBAR, almost overnight turned Rockin Rodeo into Denton's premiere bar and live music venue. If you're looking for a live music venue, Rockin Rodeo is the place to be. While we're known for hosting big name country artists such as Randy Rogers, Josh Abbott, Ryan Bingham, Eli Young Band and many more, we've also had the pleasure of bringing in big name acts from many genres such as The Toadies, Fuel, Drowning Pool, Bowling for Soup, Reverend Horton Heat, Corey Smith and more. Rockin Rodeo prides itself on being able to transform each night to offer a little something for everyone. On Thursday nights we bring the biggest Texas and Red Dirt bands to Denton every week. Friday and Saturday nights Rockin Rodeo becomes the best Country dance club in the DFW metroplex, offering a wide variety of music from all genres to keep our patrons partying all night long.
