Robot Dog Patrols Singapore to Enforce Social Distancing

Singapore has enlisted the help of a robot dog to enforce social distancing measures in public places.

The mechanical canine is filmed patrolling a park and using a voice recording to remind people to stay one metre apart.

Spot was designed by American engineering and robotics company Boston Dynamics.

In May it was rolled out for trials and has even been helping hospitals to remotely treat coronavirus patients.
