Use those pokeballs to capture a Scyther (From Fuschia City Grass), Scraggy (From Swarms), Gyarados (From Mysterious Grotto), Larvesta (From Elegant Valley's SpAttack Area), and a Ralts (From Route 3). You only get 1 chance with each pokeball, so make it count, and if you miss just reset game and try again. Buy 45 Full restores to make sure you have plenty for the fight. You can get easy money by fighting the "Rich" Gentlemen which are located on Route 17 right after Fuschia City. Go to Saffron and EV Train your pokemon in either their main Iso_Attack or Iso_SpAttack Stat, whichever their moves use. Also train them all in Iso_Speed. If during one of the E4 fights, you loose a pokemon due to a critical hit etc., that is ok, just DO NOT SAVE if you loose a pokemon, and reset the game and try again.
