Good morning everyone we are watching the Dragon boats this morning we are hoping to see the race's today. There is going to be a fiesta on November 25th in Dumaguete city. But it looks like it is a little to windy this beautiful morning we are going to stay here for a while longer to see if they are going to race or not.
