Once you open it you get some pure Primus, which is used to enhance your Ancient. You can drag and drop up to 5 Primus to enhance your Ancient. Rival Kingdoms Age of Ruin is a combat strategy game, where you build, expand your city, and attack other player kingdoms in order to steal their gold. There are two big differences between Rival Kingdoms and other Clash of Clans games. The first one is the graphics. They are really great with a lot of special effects such as lighning or flame bolts. The second difference is that you can call the Ancients during a battle. Those are warriors, gods and monsters, and they can use the elements of the Nature. They have some great devastating powers, use them and the victory might be yours ! To be able to use the power of the ancient during the battle, you need to gain some Mana first. You must destroy enemy buildings in order to earn mana. Once you reach a certain level of mana, you now able to use one of the 3 powers of the ancients. At the start of Rival Kingdoms, you can use the power of Sulric, who uses the fire power. One of his best power is to summon a great fire elemental. It will create a strong beast of fire that will fight on your side. The second power of Sulric is the Blackened Armour. Use it to protect your troops for a few seconds against spell towers. The third one is the one you can get with the lowest amount of mana, the rain of fire. This one is very useful and cause some damage, you just have to point at any building you want to attack and a rain of fire will be cast on it. You will be able to unlock a lot more Ancients with some various element skills (ice, nature, death, lightning) later during the game. Sometimes in the game you get access to some battle boost. Those can turn the tide of a battle against the most brutal and hardened of foes. Use them to your advantage and rule the shattered kingdoms. Rival Kingdoms also features a single player campaign, where you lay waste to the evil forces of "Ruin". Another good thing to notice is that there are no troops training in Rival Kingdoms, so you can get straight into the fight! Rival Kingdoms: Age of Ruin is an amazing combat strategy game. The next gen graphics and the few additions such as magic powers make Rival Kingdoms as a serious rival for games like Clash of Clans or Dominations.
