Rick & Morty Theory: What's inside Rick's FLASK..!?

Where does Rick's amazing intelligence come from... What's inside his flask. Here is my theory which helps, in my opinion, to answer this - Let me know what you think in the comments. Further evidence: Rick always has liquid around his mouth and when Morty is feeling the effects of the Mega Tree seed he also gets the same liquid around his mouth.
