Review - The Golden Tower Hotel & Spa - Florence (Italy)

The Golden Tower Hotel and Spa in Florence is located in an authentic historical building. The same building that housed the powerful Strozzi Family. The hotel is centrally located and only a few minute walk from the Uffizi and other attractions. The rooms have a classic elegance to them and are very cozy with details dipped in gold. I loved their turndown service here. They set the lighting, make up the bed, put chocolates on your pillow, candy and a bottle of water on the nightstand. The hotel has a restaurant and spa. Something to note. The spa was under construction when I was there however it will be much nicer when it is finished. There are a lot of great restaurants close to the hotel. We had a wonderful meal at I Fratellini. Everything is fresh and homemade. The Golden Tower Hotel & Spa was a great place to stay in Florence and would love to stay there again.
