Resistance: Burning Skies Chapter 3 -- George Washington bridge - tricky grey tech

I've found another grey tech near a crashed helicopter in Chapter 3 -- George Washington bridge. It's under a bridge construction near helicopter where you have to save a soldier from burning machine. I don't know how to pick up this grey tech. Sorry for the poor quality - it's hard to shoot video while holding camera in one hand and playing on Vita with another.
